10 cups powdered milk
8 ounces Creamora
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounce instant chocolate
Mix above ingredients together. Add 1/3 - 1/2 cup of the mix to 1 cup hot water.

Welcome to my food blog!! You find it in the coffee aisle. I think it's like creamer for your coffee....maybe.

BTW, I was reviewing some of your recipes and I saw the one about eclairs. You may want to check out that episode on Good Eats. Alton tells you how to make sure they don't deflate! He's tricksy he is!
Thanks for the tip. Although I don't know if Brad will let me try eclairs again - I think he thought I should have given up after 2 tries!
